How do I know what trampoline is right for me?

An authorized retailer is a company that has authority/permission from Skywalker Trampolines to sell Skywalker Trampoline products on their website or in their stores.

Trampolines purchased from an authorized retailer will carry the Skywalker Trampolines full manufacturer’s warranty. Trampolines purchased from an unauthorized retailers do not carry a Skywalker Trampolines warranty. For more information, please contact our customer service HERE.

What would be the best trampoline for gymnastics, tumbling or cheerleading?

We would recommend our olympic-sized trampoline or any size of our rectangle or square trampolines, with the exception of the 15’ square as it is a large trampoline, it provides a softer bounce. Please see our selection of square trampolines and rectangles trampolines.

Do we sell or recommend any basketball hoop attachments for trampolines?

We do not recommend the basketball hoops that attach to the enclosure poles as they can cause damage to the enclosure poles.

My yard is not level. Do you offer adjustable legs?

Our trampolines do not have adjustable legs. We suggest contacting a contractor or landscape design company in regards to leveling your yard.

Is the quality of the Skywalker Trampolines on other websites the same as trampolines on your website?

Yes, the quality of Skywalker Trampolines are the same on our website as they are on our retailers’ websites.

How should we care for the trampoline through the winter months?

During the winter months, the trampoline enclosure net, spring pad, jump mat, springs and foam should be removed and stored in a dry place.

Who can use the trampoline?

The trampoline is rated for children 6 years old and up. We recommend no more than one jumper on the trampoline at a time and to obey all weight limit restrictions listed in your owner’s manual. For children under 6, please view our selection of mini trampolines!

How soon can I expect my order?

Orders can take 1-5 days to process, then up to 12 days transit time.

How many people can be on the trampoline at one time?

We recommend one supervised person on the trampoline at a time, within the recommended weight limit.

Where can I locate the model number?

You can locate the model number on a white tag on the underside of the jumping mat or on the inside of the enclosure net.

I cannot find my model number. How can I determine what size trampoline I own?

Measure the trampoline frame from the outside of the frame to the opposite side of the frame.

I cannot determine what model I own after I measured the trampoline. How else can I determine the model?

How do I measure the springs?

Springs are to be measured from hook to hook. For an accurate measurement, please make sure springs are tightly coiled with no gaps.

When is it time to replace the springs?

Springs should be replaced when there are gaps in between the coils or the springs have been stretched.

We ship via UPS Ground. Tracking is provided when your product ships.

Do you ship to Canada or outside of the US?

We currently ship to the lower 48 states of the US.

What is the warranty on your products?

Skywalker Trampolines Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty covers manufacturing defects that occur during normal use of their products. This warranty extends to 90 days from date of purchase on materials such as the enclosure netting, spring pad, jump mat and plastic hardware and 1 year from date of purchase on steel parts such as the frame and springs. This warranty does not cover damage associated with weather related damage, damage due to improper assembly, damage due to misuse, damage due to excessive weight or improper maintenance and storage.
